Born on January 6, 2003, in Duluth, Georgia, MattyB grew up in a Christian household alongside his parents, Blake and Tawny Morris, and his four siblings: three older brothers—Blake Jr., John Michael, and Joshua—and a younger sister, Sarah Grace. His cousin, Charles "Mars" Manning, a rapper, played a pivotal role in igniting MattyB's passion for hip-hop. At the tender age of five, MattyB was captivated by the rhythms of hip-hop and expressed a keen interest in dance. Observing his cousin's musical endeavors, he was inspired to delve into rapping.
